Issuing replacement goods for an order

Navigate to Orders.

Click on the order you wish to update.

In the Delivered Goods section, click Replace Delivered Goods.

A textbox with the current delivered goods will pop up. Here, input the replacement goods to be issued.

If you want to send the customer an email with the replacement goods, check the send email to the customer containing the new goods option.

Press Issue Replacement.
