Order status explained

The payment was verified and the goods were delivered to the customer


You refunded the payment to the customer


The payment is pending on PayPal's side. You can view the reasons for pending payments here


The cryptocurrency transaction is awaiting the required confirmations you set

Partially Paid

The order has not yet received the full amount, only a partial amount.

High Risk

The customer is blacklisted by you or has a high risk level. This is only seen after the customer has paid, but Selly does not deliver goods when this occurrs


The customer has disputed/reversed the payment

Not Paid

The customer hasn't paid and nothing has been delivered. All orders begin as "Not Paid". If a customer never pays, then the order status will remain as "Not Paid" indefinitely.
