If you receive a "The receiver does not accept payments in this currency" error when checking out, this indicates that the seller's PayPal account does not support the currency the product is set up for and therefore, the seller is the only person that can resolve this.
For the seller
This can be resolved by adding the currency to your (the seller) PayPal account.
Go to PayPal -> Currencies -> Add Currency.
You should see a list of currencies that you can add to your PayPal account. Select the currency that is the same as your Selly product where this error occurred.
